How the recruitment process works

1. Send us your CV

Update and buff-up your resume, then email it to us info@blitzgooday.co.uk, or drop it in if you are passing by. Be sure to include a contact email and phone number.

2. From your CV we decide whether to shortlist you

If we need more information, well give you a call. We’ll let you know our decision as soon as possible

 

3. If we shortlist you, we’ll send you some short tests to complete

These are a short series of online tests that take around 15 mins each and cover basic accounting/bookkeeping concepts, language and numeracy.

4. When you’ve completed the tests we’ll schedule an interview

This first interview is in our nice and shiny Buckhurst Hill offices where we’ll get to know each other a bit, talk through your career and experiences to date and answer any questions you have about the role and about working at with us Blitz Gooday HQ.

 

5.

If we both decide to proceed, then we’ll invite you back for a second interview 

This final interview allows us to explore in more detail how you might perform in the role and whether you and Blitz Gooday are a good cultural fit.

6. Based on the interview we’ll make a final decision within a couple of days

If we decide you are the right person, and you decide that BG is the place for you, we’ll send you a job offer tout suite!
